With a customer base of 70,000 and a history of excellence in what they do, they are looking to continue their position and growth both nationally and internationally. This role, reporting to the head of OD, and working hand in hand with broader HR team and the business, will be crucial in educating and supporting the business in best practise change management. The intent is for this role to be a driver and supporter of change across the organisation, and in turn will impact the business?s ability to perform and deliver on their goals and promises.
- Strong understanding and experience in best practice Change Management
- Education of the business in what effective Change Management is
- Managing change projects
- Working collaboratively to develop change strategies
- Roll out of change management tool kit
- Participate in Coaching conversations about Change
- Supporting different levels of change (individual, team, group)
- Work closely with the broader HR function
You will use your own depth of knowledge of OD and Change, having worked in a similar large and complex organisation. With HR Tertiary / similar level qualification, and years of experience in enabling change, you will be resilient, excited and confident in your ability to create a change culture.
