Organizational Change Manager

We are currently searching for an Organizational Change Manager to join our team!

The primary responsibility of the Organizational Change Manager is to lead the change management process to guide the organization through the process of change with minimal disruption to the business while maximizing the benefits of the ONEKnoll program.

In this role, the Organizational Change Manager will:
??Complete an organization impact analysis and define a change management strategy and governance model.
??Develop change management plans and execute the activities which include preparing the organization for change, managing the change and reinforcing change.
??Lead the effort to build a coalition of change agents who can genuinely support, communicate, champion, and sustain the change before, during and after the ERP implementation.
??Develop a communication plan.
??Work with Solutions Integrator and work stream team leads to develop training plans.
??Align project decisions and tasks with project vision and goals with swift decisions related to change management.
??Conduct and participate in workshops related to change management.
??Rapidly and accurately manage issues and their resolution.
??Provide timely and accurate information to team members, peer team leads, and project leadership.
??Provide quality control over areas within scope of responsibility.
??Keep the Human Resources team apprised of project schedules and potential impact to the organization
??Work with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the key components of Change Management for the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP project are executed, which encompasses:
? Communications
? Change Activities (i.e., organizational change activities)
? Process Engineering
? Training

Education Required:
BA/BS degree in an appropriate field or the equivalent work experience.

Skills Required:
??Ability to travel domestically for meetings
??Ability to work additional hours if necessary, including weekends
??Above average critical thinking skills
??Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with internal and external colleagues at all levels of the organization?
