Oh, and I forgot AA, PLEASE!! This is no longer 2008, grow up.

If He Kexin hits she will win a medal in UB.

Most of those choices are girls from the top gymnastics nations you never know a gymnast from a smaller country can also medal, there are always surprises.

the only thing they got right from their 2008 predictions were the team results where they correctly guessed that Romania would win bronze over Russia.

This is actually one of the most informed mainstream predictions I have yet to see. I do question Mustafina not medalling on bars (love Douglas, but she?s short about .5 on start value). I also agree with Jazz about Kexin medalling if she hits. Other than that these are completely possible podiums. The great thing this Olympics, is that there are many contenders. Gymnasts from France, Canada, Australia, Italy, Japan and Britain will all challenge athletes from the top 4 teams for individual medals. I can?t wait!

My medal darkhorses: Kyla Ross on beam, Victoria Moors on floor and Youna Dufournet on bars.

My dark horse favorites: Beth Tweddle (I would seriously cry if she medaled?what a comeback, hometown hero, feel good story!), Chuso, and the Vietnamese vaulter who won the bronze. LOVE her.

Other than that, pulling for Jordyn, Gabby, Larisa and my girl McKayla! Would love for Larisa to sneak into the AA medals.
